1 Definitions and Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the is baji platform and all its services. "is baji", "we", "platform" refer to the website https://isbaji.cam and its applications. "User", "you" refers to any person, registered or unregistered, who uses this service on the platform.

"Service" refers to sports betting, casino gaming, slots, live casino and all other gaming activities operated on is baji. "Account Balance" refers to the funds held in a user's account. "Bonus Funds" refers to money received through promotional offers, which require specific conditions to be met before withdrawal.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You are requested not to allow anyone else access to your account. 4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to complete. Your account must be fully verified (KYC) before requesting a withdrawal. Withdrawal methods are the same as deposit methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making a total balance of ৳2,200; before withdrawal, ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 must be wagered.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds can be used to place bets, but cannot be withdrawn directly.
• If you attempt to withdraw before meeting the wagering requirements, the bonus will be cancelled.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Limits

is baji sets minimum and maximum bet limits for each game and event. These limits may vary by game and is baji reserves the right to change them at any time.

6.2 Result Determination

For sports betting, bets are settled after the official result of the match is announced by the relevant authority (ICC, BCCI, BPL Committee, etc.). For incomplete matches, is baji will make a decision according to its own rules. For casino games, the game provider's software determines the result and is baji does not interfere in this.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game or bet remains incomplete due to server problems, loss of internet connection or any other technical reason, is baji may cancel the bet and return the stake where applicable. is baji accepts limited liability for losses caused by technical issues (see Section 8).

6.4 Odds Changes

Odds in sports betting are subject to change. The odds at the time the bet is confirmed are final. If odds decrease or increase after a bet is placed, this does not apply to the confirmed bet.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the is baji platform:

• Bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage — attempting to create artificial profit by combining multiple promotions.
• Using bots, automated software or any other automated method to bet or play games.
• Participating in account hacking, phishing or fraudulent activities.
• Attempting to make risk-free profit by placing the same bet across multiple accounts (arbitrage betting).
• Exploiting any error or vulnerability in game software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Stealing another user's information or attempting to access their account.

If such activities are found, is baji will immediately close the relevant account, forfeit all balances and bonuses, and take legal action if necessary.

8 Limitation of Liability

is baji provides its services on an "as is" basis. is baji's liability is limited for losses caused by technical issues, errors by third-party game providers, network problems or any other external factors.
